While the mules were making their way along Soleda While the mules were making their way along Soledad canyon road Victor and his wife slowed up and stopped their truck to talk with the mules. Victor told us he's seen us many times before in various parts of the state. The mules were not far from a tunnel that could be hazardous for us to pass through Victor informed me of this and volunteered to act as an escort through the tunnel. Of course we accepted his offer. We got through the tunnel safely and talked with Victor and his wife Diana on the other side. The mules thank Victor and Diana for their help and the energy created from their effort which the mules will harbor for future use in the endless 3 mules journey #3mules #equestriantraveler #humankindness #sharetheroad #3mulesdotcom

Bridget offered the mules her place to stay through the coming store. We gladly accepted her offer and had a great stay with herself and her husband Charlie. Their energy was great and the mules harbored that energy for the future of the journey. #3mules #equestriantraveler #humankindness #3mulesdotcom

We are monks practicing the sacred act of walking We are monks practicing the sacred act of walking alone but never alone. Serving this sacred place in which we reside a place for anybody and everybody so should they choose. As we walk we are mindful of all that surrounds us and to be in respect and reverence for all that does. We seek a condition of balance and harmony with the many forces and energies that we become aware of as we walk with around and through them. We willingly live in service to this place. An expression of the accumulated energy from thousands upon thousands of years between human being and horse. There will be many more monks to come. Giving their own unique spiritual energy in service to this unique spiritual place which resides on this Earth.

THE MULES AND MULTI-USE ONE BURNER STOVES The sto THE MULES AND MULTI-USE ONE BURNER STOVES

The stove pictured on the right is a Coleman multi-fuel one burner stove which we've used for many years it was a great stove and gave great service using unleaded gas and white gas we used unleaded. However due to the fact that California has added ethanol to unleaded gas this Coleman stove no longer runs on that gas very long. Due to getting clogged up by the ethanol in the gas. The generator clogs up and is not cleanable so must be replaced and is extremely expensive from 30 to 50.00.That being said the mules have switched to the stove pictured on the left. This stove runs very well on unleaded gas and doesn't clog up and is easy to clean if it does. Not as convenient and quick as the Coleman but the only good alternative available on the market right now.
